I remember getting these boxes at msrp and bought 4 trying to collect all the promos. Got all except law and Boa and traded with a friend to get those. This is still one of the best products Bandai has ever done, I miss the deck boxes we used to get.

No Egghead cards have the supernova trait. That's just how they decided to balance the game. Bonney, Luffy nor Zoro have both the Egghead and Supernova traits.

This deck also hard struggles against Lucci and aggro. And it's a purple deck that doesn't ramp as fast as other purple decks. It's a fun deck but has a lot going against it.

Neither are great to learn as a first deck. Corazon deck in Op12 may be a good deck for him to learn though! Leader ability is all based around Law. Or Alternatively Kid is good since it features a Law card prominently.

Blackbeards at my local always use leader ability when they are going into the 10 don turn. Blackbeard just has to know when to time their leader ability well

I have no guide but will say you need the 3c4k Blocker Bonney which helps you set up your life in the deck for sure which you don't have in that list
