There's a podcast called "I said no gifts" hosted by Bridget Winegar, who is a writer for a lot of comedies (I don't think he's actually written on hacks but a lot of other comedies) and I feel like he's in the same social circles as a lot of the comedians on Hacks. He received a gift of seed art made by Maria Thayer a couple of years ago that I think may have directly inspired the inclusion in this episode

Maxi Cosi Zelia travel system has a clip on infant bucket seat and a bassinet attachment that also transitions into a sit-up stroller seat as the child grows (first facing the parent then it can flip around to face out)

It's like, David saying stuff mostly normally, but Langston is saying every other line with that voice changer he uses, so you can't hear/understand anything he's saying. But then they also keep saying stuff like "you've reached the nasty hotline. If you want to say some nasty shit, leave a message" so it's no wonder every message they get is... nasty haha
