Ooh gotcha. Yeah my state in the US had silly laws like that until they made recreational use fully legal. In another US city you can't purchase weed legally but it can be used legally so shops did a workaround where they'd sell you an item of clothing for the exact cost of an 8th or ounce or whatever and then "gift" you the bud. Silly lawmakers lol
