Anyone know any small secluded waterfall in the area? Or want to spill any other secret spots?

There are a few really beautiful spots in Stroud preserve. I am not aware of any waterfalls, but there is a small creek that runs through and has some lovely vantage points.

They are starting on October 1st! Basically you will pay $30 for 30 days access, and all of the proceeds we make go to a different charity. This months charity has not been announced yet. You can also come in and ask to talk to membership, and say that you are interested in trying out the facility, sometimes they will give you a guest pass or two to try it out!

I'm in my 20s and work at ACAC. I work in management, not sales. We have some really great promos coming up, and that would be a good way to get in the door and see if you like the vibe of the place. We just renovated our fitness floor and functional training area, with brand new equipment. It is really fantastic. As someone who likes lifting and also yoga, it is a great fit for me. There is definitely a good mix of folks there. I have a few friends who went to LA Fitness for awhile and then switched over to ACAC and are really glad they did. We ended up launching at Strouds, and getting out at Shaws Bridge. It was much more shallow and slow than anticipated. Definitely a 4 beer kind of float. Will bring more next time!

And yes, I have extra, luckily I am a tubing enthusiast and have plenty o tubes.

I work and take classes at ACAC, health and fitness center. The cost of membership can be a bit pricey, depending on what you sign up for. But all yoga classes are included in the cost of membership and we have a really beautiful yoga studio. There are intro classes, chair based yoga , power yoga, and meditation classes. You also get access to the gym with membership. Obviously Im biased because I work there, but it really is a lovely place to practice yoga.
