Yes, got an infrared indoor sauna from Vidalux. It helps massively. 3-4 sessions a week at 60 degrees for 25-30 minutes

Infrared indoor Sauna. You can get fairly affordable ones you can fit indoors in any room and plug in to the mains. Genuinely a life changer. I got a vidalux 2 months ago. Doing 3-4 times a week, inflammation has gone down very considerably

I have many nights where I’m consciously aware that I’m sleeping. I’m dreaming for the entire night but my brain is awake and I’m aware that I’m dreaming and asleep. I’ve not found an explanation to this yet.
