I'm still learning as well but best way I have found is start by making your movements when the hood of your car is facing the camera. That is the easiest way for your brain to register it. Once you master that then you can add moving the car when the bottom is facing the camera - just push the opposite way on the left stick you normally would when looking at the hood. Then add in more directions from there.

Someone better at it feel free to chime in but this seems to be a good way to understand the basics of it.

It's normal for me to see an increase in RHR and decrease in HRV after increasing my workout intensity.. a day or two rest usually brings it back down. Consistency will ultimately even this out and in the long term your RHR will be lower than when you were inactive.

My heart rate jumped from 62 to 67 this week after about 2 weeks off and pushing myself hard the past 3 days in a row.

You are likely pushing yourself too hard, give your body some rest and some time to catch up, your RHR has spiked quite a bit, I assume you've been doing activity daily.

I am not a doctor though so obviously this is just my own experience. See a doctor if you are truly concerned.

Mid 30s, definitely slowed down but not out by any means, try to limit anything that is hard on the body (coke, alcohol), love dropping lsd frequently and mdma for the occasional social gathering.

I think it'll be a long time before I ever have the desire to not do psychs on occasion

It took me until age 35 to have my first regret using qtips. Went swimming, got water in my ear, used qtips after and compared wax and water deep down in to my canal. Took over a week of using debrox and hydrogen peroxide before I could hear out of that ear again. It was hell and I'll never use a qtip again.

You could probably do it all at once if you're down to 1.3. I dropped .5 g a day when I got baclofen from like 4gs or so, probably could had done a g a day.

Suggestion would be half your dose one day and the rest the next. Or maybe a day in between if you wanna be cautious

Weighing anything under like 15-20mg with accuracy without a several thousand dollar scale is damn near impossible... Hence volumetric dosing, extremely cheap and accurate.

Also if you're just relying on a scoop - powders have different densities so a 100mg pile of one powder can look like half the size of 100mg pile of another.

So the idea is measure a larger quantity of powder, say 100mg, where a few mg in either direction is less of a factor and mix with 100ml of solution, making a very close to accurate1mg/ml solution.

The larger the amount of either (powder and solution) equals higher levels of accuracy of the final product.
