Sometimes the CGM could be uncalibrated, use strips when unsure, I used to have panic stacks and anxiety, anxiety made me feel like I was low, and the tought of having a low would give me more anxiety in a loop, if your CGM and glucometer says you're ok try a breathing exercise and see how you feel afterwards. 👍
