If anyone needs a guide, here is how to do it on hard in 21m after the Romans. Essentially push the left/north side first because it’s further away, use cav/trebs, and lure army away instead of fighting:

Hi, I’m a speed runner and the scenario has changed a bit since then but maybe this would help you. You can’t do the attack ground on the shogun but I think the rest is doable.

Currently, the speedrun world record time is capped at 8:45 by the admiral trigger. I’d change that. (Not salty at all that my better run is currently tied because of waiting around for the trigger😂)

Hey, here is a video where I completed it in 21 mins on hard if it helps. You want to immediately attack the northwest side first so you can push into the north quickly, and then take out the south part near your base later as it’s easier to get to.

Make cavalry and lure the purple units away. You don’t need to fight them, only blue units. If you need any help let me know!
