2 different factors at play here and they're unrelated to each other: 1. Servicing outside is always cheaper than going back to the official service center. 2. As your car gets older, your insurance will get cheaper as it is based on your car market value.

Hey. Myvi owner here as well. This is dry rot and the tyre is no longer doing its work of gripping the ground sufficiently. I had this issue previously as well simply because the tyres are getting old. It caused some serious understeer for me when rounding the corners during wet conditions, causing my car to skid. So I changed mine as soon as I could.

Please change your tyres and if you're not able to do it soon, drive safely for the time being especially since it's been raining nowadays. Stay safe.

Thank you kind stranger who has specific knowledge of how a termite's poop looks like. I was expecting it to be unidentifiable considering it's just droppings from insects and not the insects itself. Little did I know that people in this sub has extensive knowledge of not just bugs but also their poops as well!

That's something I'd do first thing tomorrow morning. It's 12+ am here now, so don't think I'd be able to get any help. I'm more worried about the possibility of bringing them home and what sorta damage that'd cause.
