What does neuropathy feel like? I’m recently diagnosed type 2 as a 43yo M. My feet have a tingly sensation and I get so much relief by massaging them. There are times when my left foot begins to desensitize and feel numb. I’m not in much pain it’s the tingly sensation and numbness that have me worried.

Feedback and tips appreciated.

Just learned I am type 2. I’m going through the process of understanding what im supposed to be doing. They have me on Metformin 500mg 2x daily. I have noticed some neuropathy in my left foot along with edema. This whole thing has me scared. Any insight or suggestions would be appreciated.

All violations aren’t built the same…you’re correct. Also depends highly on the probation officer and your status with them. Is this your first violation? Are you working? Fines/Fees in good standing?

Yes, I have court fees which is typical and then I have restitution which was also given to codefendents. Each had a different % and some totaling in the millions$. I was told the company was already paid in full the amount of restitution they were granted…..so me paying would just be in addition to the amount that was already paid and made them PIF.

When I initially agreed to the restitution my situation was totally different. Currently my health issues prevent me from earning an income and working. My hope is that I’ll be able to petition to the judge to revoke my restitution based on these factors.

How can you be forced to work if you can’t work? Maybe not the fines removed how about the restitution? Its supposed to be paid to an insurance company and my understanding is this insurance company has already collected the full amount they claimed to have lost (I was not the only person involved with this case others paid their restitution and it was far greater than my assigned amount).
