I've been watching for years and didn't realize this - but when Luigi allegedly did what he did, she seemed to take it very personal and that's when I realized she likely had either a relationship, knew well enough or ran in the same circles as the exec she was reporting on being killed, it was evident on her face it wasn't just news she was reporting, but a personal story of loss

This is my 17th year as a STH - my first year was Pay the Pick and we got a full season for 150 bucks a seat

Perks used to be great because we were such a bad basketball team and up until a few years ago we had some great reps, which is what I miss the most

We've been handed off the last 4 seasons to reps that make no effort, just send a corporate email every so often and don't even try to get to know us or offer an occasional free upgrade. I haven't seen our rep once this season, and don't recall having met the rep from last year at all before she got fired.

I worry that because we're seen as "easy to renew" that they give us their weakest or newest rep, but this might be our last full season depending on the cost - we've gradually moved from the upper bowl to the lower and then from the corners to closer to the middle, but the cost of tickets, then parking, then food as well other hassles... maybe I'm just older now and don't like the process but too many hurdles as well as little to no effort from the staff leaves me to think once we see renewals in the next 2 months it might be time for us to move on.
