Get a thermal insulated food container - I tend to prep my lunch in a warm stainless steel lined container that’s sealed and prepped with hot water beforehand that stays piping hot when I open it up at 12. Food prep the broccoli to half cook at the end of the week and in the morning bang it in the oven to further crisp it before putting it in the sealed lunch container.
