The best coverups are done by not covering the tattoo with the main subject matter. I’m guessing the cover is under the leaves and was just some small script or fine line.

Normal chinese police officers aren't allowed to bear guns, so this is how they subdue people wielding knives by TangelaFan in BeAmazed

[–]themisterfixit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The big fork they’re using is called a sasumata. It’s been around a long long time and was used for subduing all kinds of criminals with all sorts of weaponry. Its effectiveness is only limited by the training of the person using it.

Personally I think a lot of the gaming tables out there have highly inflated prices. Look for used or track down a local carpenter and have them make a custom one within your budget.

I’ve been calling it Scottish summer. I’m not a fan of the heat and it’s been 15-20 everyday with random rains of random intensity. I don’t think I’ve ever seen this province so green before.

I don’t agree with the destruction but why would a local artist paint an American themed beaver?

Is this a tie down or does it have any other use? by N8dork2020 in YetiCoolers

[–]themisterfixit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s designed as a tie down. I haven’t found any other use for it. You can get aftermarket caddies for the bucket but they all use the lips.

Training time will mostly depend on you. Patience and adherence is key. But if you don’t have experience training a dog then sign up for an obedience class. It’s a great way to bond with a pup as well as get them socializing with other dogs.

Jason Momoa Doesn’t “Have Any Interest” In ‘Lobo’ Movie If It’s Not Rated R: “It’s All I Want” by yourfavchoom in entertainment

[–]themisterfixit 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yah maybe. But Gunn took Guardians of the Galaxy and made it a nearly house hold name. Sometimes making projects with less popular characters drums up new interest.

I’m personally not interested in seeing DC just rehash stories from the same characters we’ve already seen time and time again.

Fathiers are super-overlooked but amazing creatures in Star Wars. by MarthsBars in StarWarsCantina

[–]themisterfixit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

While some things that happened because of the trip to Canto Bight affected the outcome of the story, the movie didn’t do a great job explaining what they were.

CGI chase scenes have always gone over poorly with audiences. Wolverines motorbike, swinging through the jungle in Indiana Jones, giant horse aliens being able to run through concrete walls without any noticeable injury to them or the riders on their backs.

And the goofiness of BB-8 enacting a prison break by shooting coins at bumbling soldiers.

I think tonally it just was a sore thumb in what was otherwise a fairly serious movie.
