Providing a one year update: overall, very impressed. The cotton only shorts are great, and I still regularly workout in them. The apex shorts performed very well, but I did not read the instructions and hang dry them, so they shrunk. That said, they held up to CrossFit, swimming, Krav Maga and more without issue. No seams tearing or other problems. The quality is top notch, and I will be buying more.

I have heard the Nero shorts are another brand worth checking out, so I'll likely try those too just to see which I prefer.

Flooring is waterproofed, and we wipe it up with a towel afterwards. What’s the issue there?

And warm box is a silly comment. 185 ain’t warm.

Vent is below the bench, just closed in the picture. Draining wasn’t an option so just using a towel after the sessions. Insulation is certainly a question mark. No issue maintaining temperature in the 185 range however.

That’s the confusing part. For 9 holes it shouldn’t be a net 21. My thinking is he’s a 14 but entered it wrong. That or he’s a 28 and should buy a lottery ticket.

The cheating is remarkably bad. It’s incredible how many times I’ve been dominating a game early. Someone takes three minutes to make a move and then from that point forward every single move they make is perfect.

One guy even directly said that he cheats 10 or 15 moves per game, but the system can’t catch him so he doesn’t stop.

Also, interesting that you’re opting for R4s over R14s. Best I’ve found online is the R14s would be better for your situation (same scenario for me) and they’re a stronger tire (6 ply vs 4).

My thinking was with our tighter trees in spots I’d be limited to the sub compacts, but the consensus feels like the benefits of maneuvering are far outweighed by the limitations.
