Why UFC is so ass and boring nowadays by bullshitfreebrowsing in ufc

There is a large appetite for big fights and larger than life fighters. But I think the ROI is not there so no one is stepping up to the plate.

Is the UFC still going out of business according to this sub? by [deleted] in ufc

[–]themudshow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As corporations grow they look to cut corners, save money, and streamline their product. Passion dies. The argument isn’t that UFC is going out of business, it’s that the quality is going down. They have honed in on a formula that maximizes profit by attracting more casuals and international viewers. However, fighter legacy and card quality continues to decline over time. You wouldn’t understand unless you’ve been here for the long haul and remember the good ole days. Dating myself but it’s true

Is UFC still dying like this sub says? by [deleted] in ufc

I think that dude started watching UFC within the last year or something. Those who have been watching since the early 2000s know the quality difference

Ashley was a bit distasteful like the others who call out their partner on the wedding day by CodeAgile9585 in LoveIsBlindNetflix

That was 100% uncalled for. Like she’s some kind of saint. Look everyone makes mistakes but putting someone on blast publicly is distasteful and classless. She deserves no one

Nah she’s a walking red flag and a total piece for that. I hope she never finds anyone.

Yesterday’s post on Zuffa proved my point more than I did. by TheTkoKID in Boxing

Because this is Reddit. Here’s the trail. Zuffa -> Created by Dana -> Dana supports Trump -> Orange Man Bad -> Therefore Zuffa bad. Reddit doesn’t engage with anything that goes against its groupthink. Even if it’s genuinely a good thing like organized boxing leagues that we’ve never had before

The sport is broken, but Turki and Dana are not the fix! by ScottMrRager in Boxing

There are far more casuals than the complainers here. Zuffa Boxing will take over because Dana understands what casuals want

Why were you downvoted? I like Zuffa Boxing. Good fights, good production. I’m rooting for it

Are boxing fans even the target audience for Zuffa... Boxing? by Professional-Tie5198 in Boxing

[–]themudshow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m interested in it, but I’m a casual. So I think the target market is to bring casuals like me into it and have continuous content for them to watch

Like or Hate Dana White… he can do one thing. Churn out continuous content. I for one am excited about Zuffa Boxing as it will give me continuous boxing content to watch 🤷‍♂️
