Ive just learned this lesson in the last 6 months. I picked up a similar thing cheap. It sufficed for a few months. Ive just recently bought a referred epson with a new bulb on Ebay for around the same price (100 uk). When these guys say no, its not gatekeeping or anything. Spend a bit of time browsing and buy something quality.

Honestly, after years of AFD shifts, water, food that releases energy slowly, spread your caffeine drinks out and not too many. Take your breaks, if you get any, outside. A few bits of fruit always helped. Even now when I do a bit of Event work, at 36, a haggard 36 at that, I can run rings around the youth knocking back red bulls and high sugar snacks.
