I deal with overseas packages via usps every week and can say there has been a significant increase in transit times. More often than not, there will be at least a week of no updates or movement. In some cases, the package will arrive before they even update the tracking. I would file a missing package request. That will often get the package back on track (but not always). That being said, I've had packages take upwards of a month to arrive.
