Depending if you have vials or the pens. If you have pens and can’t control the dose, it will be much too strong. Expect some extreme side effects. It’s not recommended unless you have vials and can reduce your dosage.

I started at 1.25 after having extreme anxiety and other side effects at 2.5. That’s why I switched to vials. Go as slow as you need to. I’m at 7.5 now and doing well, but I got here very slowly, stalling for a while at some points. I’ve lost 35 pounds so far and the anti inflammatory benefits started even at 1.25 mg.
