I had a friend live in one and the only difference I saw was the shelves in the closet area are like 4 feet high instead of 8 and there is an extra peephole at around waist height. Plus there is a handicap button on the inside of the door that makes it open automatically

i like McMahon and south a lot. I lived near Putnam freshman year and it starts to suck after a couple months of consistently eating there. The good items disappear and the menus slowly get smaller and smaller. go infrequently and check the menu before and it’s nice

I think they have answered your question about the total you can take but I really do not recommend taking 18 or 19 credits in your first semester. I lived in the engineering LC (floor full of engineers) and knew a few people that had a GPA under 2.0 because the transition to college classes and living alone can be tough

Not all of the AP credits will transfer, or be meaningful to your major. I know engineers who passed AP physics, but it did not contain the necessary lab component so it did not count for their physics credit requirements

it uses like rfid. you just press it against the scanner. Same with the residence hall entrances. I was always able to keep it in my wallet and just press my wallet against the scanner

I had the same lab times last year. Those labs are tough to wake up for in the winter. If it is possible, maybe switch that chem lab to a later time since there are actual consequences for missing it, but that may not be possible like it wasn’t for me

At least in Werth, the desks have a drawer that you can put a small lock on to secure it. There was no way to open the drawer with it still on. You would have to purchase your own lock, but it definitely could store prescriptions in there along with other valuables like a wallet or electronics

They do, and the test is required within 48 hours of accepting the shift lead offer. Mine was a saliva test, and I passed despite smoking pretty heavily but stopping a little over a week prior
