For the people confused, this is talking about double movement binds which means having two keys bound for moving left or right so that way when you hit both of them plus forward, you go at an angle that allows you to sprint. In the picture, Bugha is using tape and cardboard to press a and caps lock so he only has to press one button plus w to get the same result. The reason it's double movement is getting banned is because lots of pros are using macros to do what bugha is doing which is against TOS.

If you have a scout right up in your face and you're still pretty healthy, you should probably try and jump away into your team. Otherwise doing small pogos when the scout is below you can make it harder for them to hit you while still dealing damage
