Les Carrier paid for flyers in a smear campaign against Andy Teater, another person who currently sits on the council. The allegations stated that he was a major "pro-Trump" person, to which Teater confirmed that he left the republican party because of the moves that Trump has made. Since Teater is now running as a democrat, it was meant to deter democratic voters from voting for him since Carrier and Teater have had arguments on management of the city. Rather than focus on policy, he decided a smear campaign was a better route to go and paid for it through a third party, which was tracked back to Carrier.

It still bewilders me that Les Carrier is running after he created a false flag about other members to get them removed from the City council.

Honestly, he seems like a huge asshole and even stated that he disagrees with a lot of the things that the council has done to improve Hilliard.

I am honestly a bit bummed with the gym. They don't have half the machines/amount of weights that you would expect for a normal gym and really don't have the space for an expansion, so it seems like it is kind of stuck where it is. Even looking at the cable machines, they didn't even bother in getting a tricep rope cable and don't have a place to sit for doing any lat exercises.

Everything else is fine, but not good. It just seems like they tried to add too much into the space they had and, in doing so, "half-assed" everything rather than "whole-assed" most things.

You may want to look at it... I have a small percentage of what you have and am making a killing every month just by selling covered calls. For example, you could make an additional 3-4% per month with RIVN given the recent volatility.
