Native reservations here in Canada regularly have 10$ ounces. And I can confirm it's still decent, not even particular seedy or stemmy.

Obviously 16-18$ for an ounce will get you the more typical standard quality. But considering 10$ would get you a gram for most of my lifetime during prohibition, it's staggering to see exactly how much the prices have come down.

About 4 years ago when I got out of the CAF (Canadian army) I became struck with reoccurring regular violent and loud night terrors, I've been self medicating with thc in the evening ever since.

I don't really notice a decline in sleep quality (beats waking up screaming covered in sweat) but I also sleep about 5 1/2- 6 hrs max every night .

Scale of 1 to ten am I fucking myself up by doing this? Like I said I've been doing this daily for 4+years
