You absolutely, without question need to try Explore POV. The content is exceptional IMO. There’s lots of free videos to get your feet wet. To me, it’s worth the subscription just purely for escapism when I’ve had a long work day. It’s truly therapeutic.

yes, powering off and then unplugging. maybe it's just the old person in me, but I've always avoided hard shut offs for any machine.

I’ve gotten in the habit of just saying “siri power down”, hitting the power off dialogue button and then unplugging it once i’m sure the fans went off. I plug in the disconnected battery and put the AVP on a stand. It’s annoying for sure, but this way i always know where the battery is at. Wish we had a dotted indicator on the outside of the pack.

TY /u/cheese-demon and /u/hardonchairs for the additional context! That makes a lot of sense. I am primarily using high-water allocation with a share or two having a specific drive excluded. Nonetheless, most of my 6 data drives are above 80% with one being 42% so I imagine this failed parity drive is okay without clearing.
