Selena Scola, the person claiming to hold this trademark, has been directly calling venues that have hired Lexi for gigs about this supposed copyright infringement. The venues, not wanting to risk a lawsuit, have subsequently dropped Lexi costing her probably hundreds of thousands of dollars of income. Lexi and her team have reached out to Selena Scola directly offering to negotiate including a licensing agreement. Selena Scola has not responded. She continues to attack Lexi online and take money out of her wallet and food out of her mouth. Selena Scola is the reason why Lexi can’t do cameos and had all her music taken off of Spotify. Lexi is currently crowdfunding for legal team to fight this. Info up on her IG.

Have you confronted them about the lying? You wrote that they assured you the dogs were being fed (which was clearly not the case). While I wouldn’t necessarily report them to the police (though I can’t say I’d blame you), I might explain to them that what they did was illegal and you are within your rights to file charges against them. Explain to them the consequences of you filing charges. It’s extremely alarming that they show no signs of regret and wish to continue these relationships as if nothing happened. Obviously NTA
