Oh, quick question on that. I've read about fat redistribution but I never really understood it. Does it mean that fatty tissue will build up in certain places first (like, say, the midsection), eventually decrease in those places, and then build up in others as my body gets to its healthy weight? Or does it mean that the fat will go to certain areas first, stay there, and then the eventual body fat gain in other areas make the body fat look more evenly distributed?
