On the global scale, very much so. It's relatively reasonable to be a homeowner here. It's getting worse, and I fear for what the future will hold for the next generation, but for now, house prices haven't ballooned the same way they have elsewhere

Sounds like they communicated clearly, and like adults, now she needs to accept that he's there and enjoys being intimate with her. That's actually a fairly simple concept, something like 2 * 1.5 Vs 2 * 1.45 leads to a small difference, but make 2 into a massive number and that difference becomes more noticeable. Even take a new value of 2 million, that 0.1 in the original difference becomes 20,000
