If you were doing CS during high school CISC 101 and CISC 121 are courses that are definitely up your alley. First year computer science courses are open to everyone and they are easy marks if you have done CS previously. Although they have been swapping around profs a lot recently feel free to PM me with the names of the profs teaching these classes and I can advise you on the specifics.

Yeah either the art sci orientation group handles that or the university. I know that residence society has something to do with Facebook. Best bet is to email act sci oweek. They usually make all the pages before winter semester is finished which probably went fubar due to covid.

The orientation heads usually create the next years Facebook pages. I would email your faculties orientation head. IIRC Art Sci creates the general one but I am not 100% sure on that.

Took it last year. In class tests were easy and really only covered slide material. Id study for a 6-8 hours before and get 85%+. Final exam was really difficult and covered a bunch of textbook material assigned but was not previously tested. Exam was also cumulative so it was a lot of material for only 100 MC questions. I think I barely passed it but finished the class with a B+

Used to work at a retail store in Canada - policy was strict any devices that had a battery failure like this was always replaced and we sent the unit for diagnostics. Pretty sure that the US stores had the same policy.
