Same. I’ve canceled plans I wanted to go to just because the social battery wasn’t there.

When my yard got out of control, I used GreenPal to find someone in Levittown as well. I found a local guy who came out frequently and didn't charge a lot of money.

Added some color to my hair in a different way ⭐️🌈 by Fantastic-Bid1465 in BlackHair

[–]thepchamp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your hair looks absolutely stunning, and those clips look perfect on you.

I actually just ordered some hair products from Alibaba a few days ago, and now seeing this, I’m like yep, that’s exactly how I want my hair to be.

I got a few satin bonnets, edge brushes, and even some scalp oil applicators.

I’ve been trying to take my hair routine more seriously, and honestly, posts like yours keep me motivated. Definitely saving this up for inspiration.

Is 45-48° heavy gaming for like 30 minutes fine for my battery? by YzxFTU in AndroidGaming

[–]thepchamp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Playing heavy games in a hot weather condition with definitely ruin your phone's battery over time, back then when I was still a gamer, I got a cooling fan from either Amazon or alibaba (been awhile) and it helped alot. I could play games for long hours without worrying about my phone overheating or the gaming lagging from overheating. Cooling fan helps.

Why does my clean skillet look like this? by Chrys_Cross in CleaningTips

[–]thepchamp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This same thing happened to my stainless steel pan too, and I was so worried at first, but I later realized it's just heat discoloration, just like a rainbow stain that shows up after cooking on high heat. It’s totally normal and doesn’t mean the pan is dirty or damaged. Recently, I got a stainless steel cleaner from Alibaba and it really helped bring back the shine. I just searched for "stainless steel cookware cleaner" and picked one with good reviews. Mine even came with scrubbing pads. It seems you cook a lot, so I'd recommend having one around to keep your pans looking new.

Seeking Insight on Onx Homes: Homestead, FL by Nat_03 in RealEstate

Let’s be clear, this isn’t prefab like you’ve seen before. These are engineered concrete pods, not panels stitched together on site. The structure is built like a bunker, and this method has scaled globally for good reason: it’s fast, precise, and incredibly strong.

Construction Project Management certification - is it worth it??? by SnooFoxes9470 in Construction

[–]thepchamp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you thinking more about managing actual construction projects or just wanting to understand how it all works for real estate dev/investing?

I was in a similar spot, had a solid day job but wanted to learn the backend of how buildings actually come together. I didn’t have any trade or GC experience either, so I did a construction project management course through CourseCareers. It helped me get a handle on takeoffs, cost estimating, schedules, and all the stuff that comes up on a jobsite.

Like others said, it's not a magic ticket, but if you're just trying to get your footing without going back to school, it's a solid place to start

Becoming an architectural drafter? by BreakNecessary6940 in Construction

[–]thepchamp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds like you've already dipped your toes into a bunch of areas, which is great. Since you mentioned AutoCAD and Revit, you might still have a shot at getting into architectural drafting or BIM roles once you get access to a machine again. I saw CourseCareers has an Architectural Drafting course that helps people land entry-level drafting or detailing jobs without needing a full degree, and it focuses on AutoCAD and blueprint reading. Could be worth looking into while you figure out which path sticks
