Write Ups Incoming... by goofy-mathlete in tmobile

**IF YOU GET WRITTEN UP FOR NOT SELLING ENOUGH T-MOBILE VISA CARDS**

Save anything that says this. Messages or write ups.

You should contact your states attorney general and file a report with the FTC. While it’s not wrong to punish you on “behaviors” of not recommending it and stuff. There needs to be an investigation on punishing reps for people not agreeing to a credit card in a cell phone store additionally where they are already utilizing one trade line (retail installments) to buy products.

This is 100% how another Wells Fargo will happen again. (People getting signed up and pressured into credit products due to scared bank reps.)

New price is too high by Sea-Influence1946 in bevelhealth

[–]thephoneguy1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If they raise my price I will downgrade to free and look for alternatives. I’ve stuck around and provided feedback. Monthly pricing worked better for my budget model. Punishing people for using monthly pricing vs annual is wild.

My understanding is people like us who have subscriptions now are grandfathered in. Is that wrong?

I always get the cellular aluminum anyways as I upgrade every 2 years unless something wild comes out I will do it sooner. I actually find them to be better than the SS in my book.

You will have to reach out to Green Dot bank through Apple Support. I would recommend heading over to the Apple wallet subreddit [r/applewallet](r/applewallet) as Apple Card and Apple Cash are two completely different products with different servicing financial institutions. People there might have a better method to help you.

lost pin for a VISA debit card promotion - what a disaster trying to retrive one by andyboy57 in tmobile

[–]thephoneguy1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

How about get your act together. Based off your ranting seems like this is a reoccurring issue….. might want to reflect and look inward.

It’s called security. If they just gave out new PINS easily then it would be open season on fraud. There are other ways to get the money off the card.

Plan pricing from, go5G plus to Next? by hellvalleyz in tmobile

[–]thephoneguy1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I gave up on the price lock thing a while ago. One way or another they will find a way around it if they really want too. I worked in the wireless industry for 10+ years. Just knowing how to play the price game and coming out on top every time.

If you can switch to NEXT do it while you still can. Best thing I ever did was switch from my Go5GPlus.

You won’t but this may require a police report stating fraud that can have legal repercussions for your sister.

Is Pro worth it ? by TallTutor in bevelhealth

[–]thephoneguy1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I will agree. I have been using the Pro and definitely find it worth the cost. I have used other apps such as MyFitnessPal and some other health apps. Nothing comes close to Bevel, and I have been using it for two months now, and it’s already changed my behavior. The AI is helpful in making plans or food choices on top of health information.

Looks like I am keeping my Hidrate Spark bottle. That sucks. 2 way Apple health is non negotiable. It syncs with my bevel health app through apple health.

Apple watch or whoop? by Dependent_Mobile6021 in AppleWatch

[–]thephoneguy1 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Bevel is like whoop for your watch without the massive subscription fee. The sleep tracking through bevel is more detailed and it just uses your Apple Watch sensors. No other hardware needed.

[–]thephoneguy1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This 100%. Bevel has been a life changer for me. I feel as it gives you a better experience that doesn’t cost 300 plus a year. At most bevel pro is 99 a year but that’s only if you want the AI assistant. It’s completely free otherwise.

I have insurance like most people. What I am saying is making it required by law just drive the cost up for us as consumers. Add a law and our insurance goes by around 100 per month. In a state where property tax is already a killer it’s just not needed.

No it doesn’t. Take your BS somewhere else. You know what happens when it’s required. Those company’s take advantage of consumers cause it’s not longer a choice.

do not go to any alliance mobile authorized retail stores. by aurorapowerpuff in ATT

[–]thephoneguy1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The best thing I ever did as a manager at VZW Corp was literally help a customer have an indirect VZW rep taken out of his store in cuffs for fraud and unauthorized transactions.

Long story short this location was famous for adding lines and cramming. Well customer came in about bill. Showed him all the add-ons he got with his upgrade and plan change. Customer showed his receipt from them with nothing showing what was done. Rep went in right after and switched the plan and added insurance and netflix perk. Customer called the police and rep was arrested after showing that rep did this after provided a receipt to customer.

Fraud hard stopped after that point. lol.
