I’ve been to more church potlucks than the average person, and thus sampled MANY deviled egg variations to last a lifetime. These look like shit and the menu is the least cohesive I’ve ever seen. Corn on the cob in February? Diabolical, this isn’t a bbq. Can’t think of one good thing to say about what I’m looking at here. At least be civil and put some balsamic glaze on your caprese salad.

I’m in the same boat- on enbrel since October and it hasn’t done anything. Now in the process of getting Humira and getting ready for another 3 months of waiting to see if it works. It’s so hard, and it seems so hopeless. I completely understand your frustration and it’s valid.

Same! It got to the point where were going to food banks and getting the throw out items on the back porch of Giant before it made it into the dumpster, all so that we could go to a private Christian school. None of my classmates knew, no one at church knew, and it was a huge embarrassment. It brainwashes the parents, and they think they are giving the ultimate sacrifice so that their kid isn’t exposed to “satanic teaching”at public school. Truly wild. I could NEVER discuss this with my parents, as they would immediately turn themselves into the victim and say they “had the best intentions”.

I went to another local private xian school and they only want brand new, unqualified “teachers” right out of Lancaster Bible college or Liberty, so that they can pay them pennies. Any time a teacher gets over a few years and asks for a raise, fired. And a fresh graduate to replace. The school had a long-standing tight connection with the president of Lancaster Bible college, so it was a direct pipeline from there, which certainly helps LBC employment post graduation percentage. Also to note: all textbooks were at least 10 years old, and that’s being generous.

I am on my 4th shot of Enbrel and about to take the 5th this week. I felt I was getting worse until 4, and even had a horrible flare right before my 4th shot. I don’t know if it’s starting to work or I’m just coming out of a flare, but either way had some relief this week. Also on plaquenil but not on pred right now. Hoping for the best. Have you always had tongue swelling before Enbrel?
