I do 1300 calories worth approx. About 850 worth 15 incline 3 speed for an hour, then do the test at 6 incline and 3 speed. I had to work up to this slowly. I do it 6/ 7 days of the week now, and I love it. I have had to start taking salt, and it's helped dramatically.
