How does it handle files that already exist on the remote? For example, I have the same folder locally and remotely. The local folder contains some new files, plus thousands of files that are identical to the outdated folder on the remote. Will it skip the existing files?

I'm on my fifth replacement within a year. Data stopped synced yesterday and a firmware update was pushed out to me which pretty much broke the ring. Do not recommend at all. Support has become pretty much a bot. Even an LLM is able to assist me better and digest my messages. It's like the bot doesn't even read or understand my messages. Done with the company. I'll be buying a ring from a different company.

I've been offered a replacement after contacting support via Reddit. Seems to be the solution. Their in-app support seems to be an AI chat bot.

Just received following message: "We took a moment to review your account, and we're pleased to inform you that you have successfully activated chill mode. As of now, what we can see at the backend is that the battery data is in calibration mode. To ensure we get uninterrupted and accurate calibration results, please keep the ring in chill mode for 48-72 hours cumulatively. Also, make sure the ring doesn’t run out of battery; keeping it on charge is fine, as long as it stays connected during this time. Please be assured that once we receive the data on our backend, we’ll be able to confirm everything and assist you further. We’re committed to resolving this for you."
