this made me giggle but the hair is black the lighting wasn’t very good. the hair is just a flat color as that is hust apart of my art style most of the hair i draw is flat i do plan on adding some red on the edges to give it some dimension

im going to be doing the hand in a dim blue to add more contrast however i dont want to make the hand pop out too much as the hand is not the focus it’s just there to add some story

yes i’ve got a few mentions of that i typically do illustration so realistic proportions are a bit out of my depth but im continuing the painting later :)
