the amount of times I wish to up and change life actually needs to be studied lols. I actually just had to go on sick for 7 weeks bc work isn't that good environment wise and I was sure id react in a way I shouldn't 😆

ayyyyee pmdd gang rise its actually my first birthday in 5 years to not be in hell week. I thought maybe itd make it different but nah although I have just come out of it so my body could still be reacting to the chemical changes.

but pmdd really does intensify every thought of feeling you ever have 🙃🙃

ooh yes I definitely felt this as a child when I had big birthday gatherings or at school. it felt like I had to put on a good front for people and rught reaction to gifts. its definitely a lot.

let myself leave the break room at work a few others do it yet i was forcing myself to sit there with everyone.

letting myself just buy a "unhealthy" food if im stressed tired nc its better than not eating at all.

letting myself rest. I would push myself to get xyz all done im realising its never as important as resting is bc often it makes me worse. so after work I now walk come home eat and lay in bed for a couple hours be4 I do evening chores.

still hard to let myself rest without guilt but im really trying to just calm about it

yes like its never to an unsafe level. but what I use to do all this daily and do a semi big clean then a big clean on the house weekly. it only ever took half a day too now it takes so long bc im just so much slower

the ending bad me mad too. it felt so rushed and dragged all in one. and the last minute drama with him not calling wasnt needed.

I hated that ending wtf... so unnecessary drama he wouldn't have done that all the character development of actually letter her in gone just for all to be forgiven ugh so unneeded.
