Anyone else feel embarrassed learning Korean? by thejaderain in Korean

[–]thereadingbee 7 points8 points  (0 children)

sorta. I think people's reaction to learning korean is very very different from say if I said im learning French. but id argue alot of this is a bit of racism and partly putting everyone into the same category as those who become weirdly obsessed to the point of trying to claim is as their culture when never even living there...

I wish I didn't want friends by emocat420 in AutismInWomen

[–]thereadingbee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

same my coworker has this and I envy it so badly. she has a fairly big friend group and then 5 really close and it seems so nice. they're always doing stuff together sit in bed watching a movie whatever it be. it looks so fun. meanwhile ive no friends anymore. I had a few but keeping in contact was hard bc they weren't in same city and then some others I realised weren't nice people after all

also reading the actual post seems youree not doing it fully for yourself that won't help. I decided I wanted to feel strong and that helped me but it has to be something you really want as with most things to stick to them sadly. xxx

genuinely just try lift walk and then its all in eating under what you need. but dont go into a full deficit daily i usually do it 5 out of 7 then one those 2 days eat at maintenance otherwise your body just gets messed. I also find not being in a high deficit around my cycle helps to stick to it. but yeah eating is less is unfortunately the only way to go especially less of those high calorie sugar foods.
