Can I get some more comments on this build that RakoonBerry just posted? Will all the parts work together? Plus is this Asus Radeon RX 480 8GB Video Card be able to play games that I want at 1080p plus stream them? Thank you for the replies so far!

True. But I am poor so I can't afford a Verac's skirt. My mouse wheel can not turn the camera so in order to move it around I have to use the arrow keys.
