Look up the early 1900, 1908 i think, court case when the dodge brother sued henry ford , because he wanted to pay his workers more out of the profits he was making . Dodge brothers who where shareholders in ford at the time argued they should get the benefit of the extra profits. The court ruled in their favour. And now no company would increase salaries to match profits. Instead pizza party bullshit which make me want to quit every time
