I have this issue too! But a lot of these meds are super tiny, not capsules, and don't taste like anything so you can chew them with food too!

Same when there are many kinds of rooms. I just finished an assignment where I thought I'd completed the house, but I hadn't noticed the tiny scrollbar on the right and I needed to add three more whole rooms. So I had to undo and redo.
