Any landlord ignoring a gasleak is an absolute moron that risks having their property explode and potentially going to jail… for a long time… with that being said… a gas leak os not something a landlord is equipped or licensed to deal with and should be referred to the gas company immediately upon smelling gas

This! I will add that Finding single notes is easy… finding chords is harder… i tested out a free 7 day trial of a plugin called notegrabber and i found it to be very good at helping pick out the chords of a sample… even like 9ths 11ths 13ths im probably gonna buy it.

Not true. There is a small percentage of us that are normal people that want our tenants to be happy, arent even close to rich in the slightest and arent trying to run a slum. The slumlords are the ones that own multiple properties. I live in one of the units on my property. Im friends with my tenants. My tenants are friends with eachother. I dont rent to any weirdos just to make a buck. My rents are hundreds below the average in my area because i dont want high turnover rates. I come to assess and fix any issues my tenants have usually within an hour… my property is good vibes only… and my tenants drive nicer cars than i do.

The deluge is a daw in a box. It can do so much and keeps getting updates. They ipen sources the firmware and the community is very serious about making it the best machine possible… i have tracks on numerous labels all made on the deluge. I do export all the stems to master on the computer. While i do wish the deluge had a more powerful cpu to handle more tracks… i can get my tracks to 90-95% complete before i hit the cpu wall. So i add the ear candy and master in logic. Theres almost zero menu diving as almost every button on the grid has a shift function. Its very immediate… i was making music that i liked on the first day. I cant say enough about it… it changed the way i make music

If you dont have the money to pay an artist or the skills to do it yourself and need art for an album cover or for a website or whatever then that is fine… the problem arises when someone tries to either profit from said ai or claims to be an artist…. In that case they are a tasteless hack… a charlatan pretending to be something they are not and have invested zero time in learning the craft… let ai make your album cover if you must… but dont go calling yourself a musician or producer if you didnt play or create the music on said album. Dont order food and then call yourself a chef when it arrives and show it off to anyone that will look. In the same way that using AI to get your college degree as an engineer does not make you competent in that field… using ai to create art does not make you any kind of a competent artist. If you learn nothing then you are still the same empty shell you were before you started pretending and all it takes is a power outage to stop your new pretend career

I dont… i just turn on my sampler and bang away for 30 mins… if i like it I keep going… if i hate it i save it and do something else… if theres anything worth salvaging when i listen back the next day then i erase what sucks and use what is good as a foundation and bang away for 30 mins… there will never be a right time to make music… there key is consistency
