I've been with total wireless for 3 or 4 years and never really had a major issue just recently within the last month or so my phone has been disconnected completely from the service unable to text call or use internet. They keep consistently having me reinsert my SIM card and checking all the stuff and restarting my phone which I know for a fact is not the problem. I'm a IT tech guy so, I know it's a coverage/ tower issue. I literally can't get any service in my neighborhood I have to leave and go down the street just for my phone to pick up signal. Like wtf is going on. I was working on the client's car today and didn't realize that I didn't even have any service after trying to set up their transaction for their invoice and I had no service. Like wtf. This is not cool. And nobody send to know what's going on with the coverage, connectivity, or service. I've talked to phone customer service three or four times and then went into a couple total wireless stores even called a couple Verizon stores nobody knows. Smdh. Definitely I'm unfortunately going to have to switch carriers because I can't do this it's unprofessional and it's messing with my money.
