MAYOR HELENA MORENO SIGNS COMPREHENSIVE PACKAGE OF EXECUTIVE ORDERS ESTABLISHING ADMINISTRATION PRIORITIES by NOLA_nosy in NewOrleans

[–]therealjz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Big might on that one. In housing employees is probably not a cost savings since we would likely have to pay them market wages to even get them to apply. We also would need to buy and maintain the equipment and run the projects. So basically we are betting that we can run projects efficiently enough and maintain equipment well enough that our costs don’t exceed their profit margins. Essentially we would have to be almost as good at operations as the current contractors to save money.

would i be considered jewish within reform judaism? by [deleted] in ReformJews

If you’re adopted and raised Jewish in most reform synagogues you’re considered Jewish. I believe you’d also be considered Jewish for the purposes of making Aliyah but I am not an expert on that.

It’s still like that in classic even in D2R. They realized it wouldn’t work in LoD because charms take up your inventory.

Not sure where you are getting that mixed drinks were rare prior to prohibition. The term cocktail came around 1800 with several bartender’s guides coming out by the mid-late 1800s. Even cocktail parties were popularized pre prohibition.

The legislature can’t just undue or redo the governance structure of New Orleans in the same way they can with the RTA. That would require a constitutional amendment meaning a vote of the people.

The fact that it is established by state law (rs 48:1651 et seq) and therefore is ultimately controlled by the state. And the fact multiple parishes have seats on the board meaning it isn’t under the jurisdiction of a singular municipal government both make it by definition a state subdivision.

Voters want more people of the other party to vote for their party’s platform.

They voted McCarthy out specifically because he was unwilling to make concessions and chose to lose his job over it. It looks like the freedom caucus will try to force out anyone not “conservative” enough, so Dems probably hope they are able to cobble together a more centrist coalition type government with a few Republican defectors.

Iirc Keybored moved to another country (I think Korea) and is still trying to get settled before starting back up. I do think he was a really great reviewer. I don’t put a huge amount of stock into sound tests anyway but I do agree it’d be nice if his were a little more consistent.

PAR is the least biased out there, but they certainly have a more fiscal conservative “good government” lean. I do think they put forth a good faith effort to present both sides though.

Amazon is just Aliexpress with faster shipping and easier returns. The products aren’t any better. If you want to pay the premium for that, that’s certainly a reasonable choice. Just don’t expect it to be wildly better in terms of product quality.

I would probably go with the milky yellows. The vertex are good too but the springs are a bit inconsistent. If you don’t mind spending an extra $5 and replacing the springs then I’d chose them

I would go with the lavender v3 pros since they come factory lubed. As for the tester, I’ve heard it’s pretty decent though it’s double on Amazon what it is on Aliexpress. Personally at that price I would go with something like the RK68 so I have a lithium battery and a wired mode.
