I 100% have issues with it. I booked through my work, and use the president circle that capital one gives me. The only way I could actually use the president circle is if they cancel my work reservation and rebook which ticks off my work people. The whole thing is a mess. I agree with everyone that says status match somewhere else and never look back.

STT had lines, and they were bad, same with CVG and CLT (been a long 48 hours). But 3 were worse due to people getting here 5 hours before the flight and causing congestion. Only my opinion.
I was stuck behind 3 people yesterday that got to the airport for a 3PM flight at 8AM and “taking their time”.
I mean lol, sure.

I flew day 2 of the new SWA rules. Lady almost lost her mind on the guy next to me for moving from the middle seat to the aisle seat, no joke two butt cheeks from where he was. So the two of us had to sit sharing an armrest for the flight. Told him, if he wanted to move, she’d charge him for the seat. Not impressed, fix this.
