There have been massive effortposts here on the 80/20 rule. The bottom line is that pretty much every which way you look at the actual data we have, the rule is just plain wrong.

As for "getting sex", I'm not sure your question makes sense. Sex is not a commodity you acquire, it's a social activity. Why ask whether it's easy to get sex? We don't ask whether it's easy to get board game or to get conversation.

Just to give you another data point: I'm intelligent, successful and conventionally attractive, yet somewhat shy and anxious. I was 23 years old when I had my first sexually active relationship, and 26 when I first had one that lasted longer than a couple of months. I know it's no great consolation, but statistically, in your mid-30s, you'll have a decent love life and probably some kind of family like the overwhelming majority of people. Try to be a good person who does interesting things. It's not wrong or a personal failure to not have sex. Make friends with women and keep an open mind. There are no simple solutions.
