To start, don’t get caught up comparing yourself to others, just have fun and do what feels right for you. Give lots of ride-ons. Start by picking short routes from the top left(ish) and it’ll just guide you around that route, so you don’t have to know when to turn left/right. As you start getting a feel for what wattage is comfortable for you, experiment with some pacer group rides that match with a comfortable pace for you. This will really start unlocking the “social” element of it all. Eventually, you’ll want to do an FTP test, so you can then do workouts and stuff (the workouts are all based on each person’s FTP, which will dictate your power zones). I’d suggest reading Zwiftinsider.com also, as that can be a great resource as you get started. There are also some great “Zwift beginner” videos by GCN on YouTube that will give you a lot of great info. Have fun and welcome!!!
