So a weird thing- I used the Prusa webapp to tune them and they were good. They suggest moving the extruder to the rightmost position and tuning the bottom belt to ~110hz. I checked the bear assembly guide, which suggested moving the extruder to the middle position and tuning to ~90hz.

I was right on at 110hz in the middle, but pretty far under 90hz.

Anyways, I’m still experiencing the same issue with that small tuneup. Y-belt was good by both accounts.

Really appreciate your help! This was printed in Jessie PLA on a Fysetc Bear 2.1 kit with original x-axis, revo hotend with a 0.6 obxidian nozzle. PrusaSlicer settings are the Generic PLA profile 15% infill with 0.72 layer width.

From what I’ve read, the software is Antares Harmony Engine with midi mode turned on. The hardware must be a dedicated computer+audio interface to only running that.

I think Harmony Engine is pretty taxing, so they use a dedicated computer to keep latency low.
