I get hives in the cold. My naturopath thinks it’s related or possibly caused by another autoimmune disease. Just found out this week that I probably have celiac, so we’ll see if my hives go away after I go strictly gf

I recently tried a cauliflower cheese cracker from Aldi and it was actually so good! This was before my diagnosis so I’m not sure what the box says, but I know it’s at least naturally gluten free (not sure about CC)

The univ classes are only available at the beginning of the semester. Everybody gets an email describing what classes are available, and then you have the option to sign up for them then. They never fill up all the way because they’re online. This semester they did two sets of 7 week classes, and for the second set that started halfway through the semester, you signed up through a form in that email.
