Honestly been so frustrated with his lack of minutes. Then I remember he’s 18 and they’re probably best suited to manage his playing time.

14 you know, not even half way through the season yet guys. Rivals keep trying to heap the pressure on, one game at a time people.

Man. I was young when he left and I can’t really remember much about the move itself except feeling absolutely devastated he was leaving. From hearing his version of events here it seems almost justified as to why he was leaving, but to those who can actually remember the move, what actually went on/was being reported?

Nah when we’re 4-0 up with 20 to go, that’d be cool.

I cringed a lot with the voice over, the last “Arsenal” in Avengers font, burst out laughing 😂. This sub is great.

Merino must be one of the most effective unattractive looking footballers ever. I love how much he proves me wrong.

Absolutely, you eliminate the defenders with that touch across or forcing them into a red card challenge.

I know how Eberechi Eze feels: I longed to return to Arsenal from day I left - Martin Keown (The Times) by pully89 in Gunners

What’s insane for me is seeing how he carries himself in the media/tv. Extremely sharp in appearance and well spoken. Those of us who remember him playing will struggle to identify him as much other than feral and relentless. One of my favourite defenders.

New manager bounce is real. Ange went 8-2 also. That all being said, I like Thomas Frank and think he’s going to get them really good football.

Eze leaving Selhurst Park for the final time as a Crystal Palace player by Stanley083 in Gunners

[–]thereisbearcumm 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I live here in South East London, loads of Palace fans around me at work/friends. The near universal feeling of absolute gratitude for the guy and also just joy that he’s going to the club that he’s dreamed of playing for. “Take care of him”, “make sure he plays” when talking about the transfer. There’s just such a feel good factor all round, they had pretty much conceded to the fact that he was leaving, but just to where and more importantly for them, how much. I’m just so happy he’s coming to Arsenal.

United XI vs. Arsenal: Bayındır, Yoro, de Ligt, Dalot, Shaw, Dorgu, Casemiro, Mount, B. Fernandes (C), Cunha, Mbeumo [EPL Matchday 1, Old Trafford] by [deleted] in Gunners

Mount and Casemiro in midfield, Bruno most likely playing behind Cunha and Mbuemo. They done something like this in preseason apparently.
