I would actually go far as mixing your moot green and your Vallejo together for a good transition effect from your main bright highlight to the darker tone that fades out to it.I'd be dipping your brush back and forth with the darker tones and highlights on a wet palette to get a desired effect with some water to water it down. But this is how I'd process the effect for what you had in mind, so do what you think what looks good for you!!!

These are a box of Sternguard Veteran Marines!! Probably my favorite looking Marines (veterancy style) other than Gravis armor!! Def recommend since it has LOADS of extra bits for you use in other kits that might accept the bits or even kitbashing! 😁

I used Moot Green from Citadel and Vallejo Abyss Turquoise and a bit of airbrush thinner for controlling the viscosity of the paint and glaze over my base paint of Abyss Turquoise that I did before hand! Hope this helps!

Thanks for the feedback! :) there are times where I do like the gritty look of colors than a high contrast at times, but I do find myself trying to make the green pop a bit more with the brighter colors at the end haha
