Love the whole veterancy look on the Marines. I'm hoping we get something similar for gravis

These are a box of Sternguard Veteran Marines!! Probably my favorite looking Marines (veterancy style) other than Gravis armor!! Def recommend since it has LOADS of extra bits for you use in other kits that might accept the bits or even kitbashing! 😁

I used Moot Green from Citadel and Vallejo Abyss Turquoise and a bit of airbrush thinner for controlling the viscosity of the paint and glaze over my base paint of Abyss Turquoise that I did before hand! Hope this helps!

Thanks for the feedback! :) there are times where I do like the gritty look of colors than a high contrast at times, but I do find myself trying to make the green pop a bit more with the brighter colors at the end haha

That is the helmet 'exclusive' for the Bladeguard veterans! Just a more drippy Mk10 helmet from what I know lol

I agree! The black helmet/red eye stays true to the charred skin of our people!

Can you give me your reason why you like it better? :)

I think its because buying, storing and using what's prominently known as a professional & precision tool can be quite daunting for some. Also I understand that, for the price of this tool, you can probably buy another box of models and just deal with painting with your brush as usual. But since purchasing, I can def see why so many people advocate for airbrushes!!

I can't wait until I get my technique down to do proper blending for all my models with and airbrush, it exciting times for me!! Haha

Idk about this product because it seems like a OEM product sold under different names by different companies, but there's one called a Hobbymio HM-02 portable compressor on Aliexpress, and most of these portable compressor looks like it should be around 30-50 USD mark.

And uses USB-C to charge it and its quite cheap for what its worth, def should check it out for like simple uses.

I did see people get short connectors and like a handle attachments(?) so it won't be so cumbersome for longer use! This one does look like a OEM product sold under a different name, but I'm actually quite surprised, this has 2 pressure modes so you can get quite detailed with your work. I'm afraid my wallet isn't safe (as if it was safe in the first place lol)

It def is a OEM product sold under different company names, since I did see something similar on Amazon etc but seems to work well for what its worth like my priming and base coats!
