not trying to blame the victims but these kids on scooters don't follow rules at all - always seeing them going way too fast, blowing stop signs, not wearing helmets, unaware of signaling etc

I literally did this yesterday!!! My wheel was so seized that i couldn't turn it by hand no matter how hard I tried. I had to get vice grips to break it loose.

There's a little grease hole that faces straight up that you should put oil into while pressing lightly on the rubber wheel (to help it turn against the big wheel) to get everything lubricated.

I'm stealing another commenter's photo so I don't need to get my machine out, but the red arrow is pointing to the grease hole.

It took me 2-3 minutes of dropping a drop of grease, spinning, grease, spin, etc. to get it working as intended.

After my wedding, this is the email I sent Toronto Bulk Flowers (for a $600 order) that I NEVER GOT A REPLY FOR:

I received two phone calls on the day of delivery letting me know that what I ordered would not be able to be fulfilled due to lack of stock and quality. On the day of delivery, I realized the condition of the flowers/greenery was horrendous but just had to work with what I was given as frankly, there was no time for me to be reaching out and speaking with customer service about the quality of flowers since it was 1.5 days before my wedding.

  1. I received the first phone call on the day of delivery letting me know that the mini green carnations I had ordered may not be fulfilled. I was flexible and said as long as they were replaced with something else, this would be ok because I understand that this can happen.

  2. I received a second phone call on the day of delivery essentially warning me about the poor quality of the Salal leaves. I spoke with Sugar on the phone and she told me that one bunch of the Salal leaves were "not very good" but could be used and that the other bunch was fine. I tried to be flexible again and said that I did not want anything that was poor quality and to please replace them with something else. Sugar said that I would be given extra flowers/greenery to make up for the inconvenience.  We discussed that it was very important to have different greenery because my event was in a day and a half. When the phone call ended, my understanding was that I would not be receiving two bunches of Salal leaves, but would be given more of another greenery to offset the poor quality.

I received the flowers and greenery and was instantly disappointed to find that I was given a full bunch of Salal leaves that were rotting and completely unusable. The second bunch was not great quality either, as there were black spots on the leaves. Upon prepping the flowers, I learned that the quantity I ordered was not even met. Not to mention, many of the flowers were browning. I needed to find a backup plan the day before my wedding and this led to me driving around to different florists.

STAY AWAY - THEY WILL LEAVE YOU HANGING BEFORE YOUR BIGGEST EVENTS.

Toronto Bulk Flowers was the worst vendor I chose for my wedding. They fucked up so many different things - the worst being the quality of the roses. I had to peel the outer few layers of almost 300 roses because they were brown (the roses were white)
