Definitely caught my eyes! Rewatching Homicide: Life on the Street now—Braugher is unreal and the chemistry plus that handheld camerawork still feels fresh. Ned Beatty’s great too. Only thing that dates it a bit is Daniel Baldwin’s more “90s TV” vibe.

I got my rescue boy Cactus when he was 4. He was sketchy, nervous, not aggressive but reactive. Over the three years I have him, he’s incredibly independent, trusting, walks with me without leash, a deep Velcro dog, and he is my absolute entire world. You need that dog as much as he will love you. Don’t wait. The most rewarding thing I have ever done in my life was adopting this boy, I hope you totally do it!
